Terms & Conditions
National Agĩkũyũ Culture Convention (NACC) 2026 · Maina & Mwangi Trust and the Ngemi na Ndũhio Cultural Association (“the Organisers”).
1. Registration
Registration is confirmed once payment is received and verified by the Organisers. Each registrant receives a unique access ID that must be presented to access convention sessions (physical or virtual). You are responsible for keeping your access ID secure.
2. Fees & payment
Fees are as displayed at registration (physical, virtual, and international virtual rates). Payment is made via M-Pesa or bank transfer using the details provided; you submit your transaction code or confirmation message as proof. The Organisers verify payments and may approve or decline them. A declined payment must be resolved before attendance is granted.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is at the discretion of the Organisers and may be subject to administrative deductions. Requests should be sent to the contact below before the convention dates.
4. Media consent
By registering, you consent to the Organisers and their affiliates recording still and motion images at the convention and publishing them for the purposes of the convention and the promotion of Agĩkũyũ culture.
5. Conduct
Attendees are expected to engage respectfully, in the spirit of Menya Wĩmenye. The Organisers may decline or revoke attendance for conduct that disrupts the convention.
6. Abstracts
Submitted abstracts must be original work. By submitting, you grant the Organisers permission to review and, where accepted, publish or present the work for convention purposes.
7. Changes
The Organisers may update the programme, speakers, venue arrangements, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registrants.
